SAFETY CERTIFICATES
A safety certificate (commonly referred to as a roadworthy certificate) is a legal requirement if you want to sell or re-register a light vehicle in Queensland (a car, trailer, motorbike or caravan). It confirms that the vehicle meets a minimum safety standard.
Vehicle categories we are approved to inspect:
Motor vehicles up to 4.5t GVM
Trailers over 0.75t up to 4.5t ATM
Motorcycles
CERTIFICATES OF INSPECTION
If you own one or more Certificate of Inspection vehicles (heavy vehicle, bus, limousine, taxi, Uber, etc.) you may need a Certificate of Inspection every year to stay on the road. Whether you’re an earthmover, landscaper, courier, removalist, farmer or transport operator, productivity is key. We understand you need to minimise downtime.

The team at Mechanicare Noosa were amazing, very friendly staff, clean workshop, they were quick and thorough with my service, ringing me up mid service to confirm additional work that needed to be done (rear dif oil) instead of doing it without my approval. As well as that they informed me my rear breaks will need doing soon. Good to see they are not taking people for a money ride. 10/10 would highly recommend and use again!

I was recommended to take my car for a roadworthy here as I had someone buying my car that same day. I left the car with them for an hour and returned to be told my tyres didn't pass... I checked the tyres and disputed their claim (we have all heard stories about mechanics) they were happy to put car on hoist and walk me through the guidelines they must follow.... and they were 100% correct. The technician was very professional and handled my stress accordingly... I felt bad questioning them but they showed they are professional and trustworthy and I will be taking my cars to them in the future with confidence.

I'm not on to do google reviews, but the service these guys provide is incredible. I was in town for one day. They found the fault with my radiator, had replacements locally and was all finished by lunchtime. I highly recommend you deal with mechanicare.Even rang a week later to check everything was okay.The best mechanic team I have dealt with and made me realize how bad the quality of service is in NZ.

I recently had an electric window motor replaced with Craig and the team. Unfortunately the window was jammed and required some force to release. Subsequently the window tint was damaged. Craig couldnt have been more professional, organising new window tint in an extremely fast manner. Professional workshop and admin area. I highly recommend and would use them again no problem.

Craig and his team go above and beyond to make there customers happy. I’ve tried a few different mechanics and mechanicare delivers on another level. I’ve taken both my cars and they get things perfect not to mention they are always available and helpful without charging Exorbitant prices . Mechanicare repaired my vehicle after a rodent severed two wires of the fuel sensor lead. The cost to me was $195 and the permanent fix was expertly completed.
This was after a major car dealership in Noosa quoted me $5606 for parts and $600 for labour to complete this repair. On top of this they said the parts had to come from overseas and could be up to 8 weeks to arrive.

Had urgent unexpected repairs needed on my vehicle last Sunday and needed my Ute for work that week. Rang up on a Monday morning they squeezed me in that day, needed unexpected parts wich they got delivered the next morning and ready for pick up by lunchtime Tuesday. Mechanicare are a great family owned business that employs locals. I take my Holden Cruz there for routine services and I'm always treated with respect and if there are any issues they are explained in a way that is easy for a non car person to understand. In my experience there has not been any upselling pressure that you might receive at other mechanics. I definitely recommend Craig and the team at Mechanicare.

I booked my car in for an a/c regas..taking advantage of the Facebook offer. I was fairly sure my aircon had a leak but after it was pressure tested and no leak was found it was regassed and good as new. Great job and great offer..would recommend Mechanicare to anyone

Took our vehicle to them with an idle issue, was told we needed a new diff and they fixed the idle issue. Got a new diff and the idle issue was not fixed at all. Took it to another mechanic who notice there was a dodgy earth and an o2 sensor needed replacing, dont know how they missed the dodgy earth as the are auto electricians....apparently....just sent us on a wild goose chase spending money we didnt have to. Although the customer service we received was very good they didnt fix the issues we had.

Got to speak to the owner who was incredibly obliging with regards to my misunderstandings from the previous other mechanical workshop (which had not diagnosed the vehicles problems and had not communicated that very clearly). Excellent service at Noosa Prestige, the team here are great and do both auto electrics and mechanical repairs. Very large shop with a 4x4 shop upstairs. In terms of places to take your car in Noosa for an all-round service at a reasonable price I would highly recommend. Haven't had a bad experience here.
